Intermittent Fasting for Productivity (Part 2)

I'm discussing my experience with intermittent fasting for productivity.

I started fasting on October 10th, with daily fasts lasting at least 18-20 hours, and even attempted a 44-hour fast.

To maintain consistency and achieve fat loss, I focus on consuming low-calorie, high-volume foods like salads with vegetables, fruits, and protein.

I also emphasize the importance of staying hydrated, getting physical activity, and having sufficient sleep.

As of November 12th, I'm on the 33rd day of fasting, having lost 17 pounds, and plan to continue with regular updates, with the next check-in scheduled for December 10th.
